Added Tai Chi Classes

We've just added Tai Chi to our schedule! Wednesdays 10-11am with YingLei. 
YingLei will teach 5 animal styles for the 4 weeks of January. The Tai Chi Five Animal Styles are an ancient set of exercises based upon the movements of animals with forms, including: the Crane, which increases balance and agility; the Bear to develop power; the Monkey enhances flexibility; the Deer promotes grace; and the Tiger, which builds muscular strength, all in accordance with Tai Chi principles. 
After this series, YingLei will be going to China until Spring. She'll then return to 2 Wolves to teach regular Tai Chi classes. Come check it out YingLei's classes this month!
