In addition to group and private yoga classes, Matthew practices massage therapy for pain and injury, and traditional Thai massage. His training and experience as a massage therapist brings safety and effectiveness to his yoga classes.

Yoga Basics class is for newbies and seasoned yogis alike. Learn to support your body through an exploration of the foundations of yoga. Explore your core, become more flexible, and find a tranquil and focused mind with this well-balanced practice. Matthew teaches a Vinyasa (flow) practice with a focus on alignment and working within your limits. Matthew's classes combine elements of vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, and experiments with movement.
