About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the most powerful of the twenty-two schools of yoga, all of which are incredibly beneficial. The Yoga Sutras (writings) say that what you can achieve in 12 years of Hatha Yoga, plus 6 years of Raj Yoga, plus 3 years of Mantra Yoga, plus 1 year of Laya Yoga can be accomplished in a single year of perfectly practiced Kundalini Yoga.

Our practice will greatly enhance the vitality of the brain, spine, nervous and glandular systems; increasing our energy, awareness and youthfulness. Meditation techniques develop our focus, help separate Us from the events in life, and deepen our connection to our highest consciousness. Deep relaxation re-syncs and refreshes the entire body-mind, making the benefits of our practice more deeply our own.

Kundalini Yoga is designed for the active person with responsibilities in the world. Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by anyone; done gradually and according to the instructions. Any person of any age, size and on any level of mental, emotional or physical abilities can benefit from this ancient practice.
