About the teacher:

Isaiah Has been a practitioner of Qi Gong, Yoga, meditation and mantra For 20 plus years. He is a certified instructor in both Wild goose Qi Gong and Ayuryoga and has enjoyed sharing his knowledge of these health promoting Awareness Practices in both group and private sessions since 1998.
His formal training began with Yang Style Tai-Chi chuan in 1992. From 1994 to 1997 he expanded his studies of Tai Chi, Zen shiatsu, five element theory and healing with whole foods under the tutelage of Paul Pitchford(Author of “Healing with whole foods”) while a resident staff/student at the Heartwood Institute in northern California. During that time he also studied Iyengar yoga with Gayna Uransky, had a taste of Ashtanga Yoga, Polarity Therapy, communal living and baked brick oven sourdough artisan bread for the 100 or so residents. In 1998 he met “the hugging saint” Mata Amritananda Mayi Devi(Ammachi), received mantra initiation and travelled with her for many years as volunteer tour staff throughout the U.S., Europe and India.
In 2005 until present he has been studying Wild Goose Qi Gong with medical Qi Gong master Dr. Bingkun Hu. Most recently Isaiah completed the two year Ayurvedic practitioners program in 2014 with Dr. Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in new mexico.
Isaiah enjoys awareness based movement as a celebration and communion with the abundance of universal life force. His classes emphasize practical technique to experience Qi flow within the body, enhancing flexibility, health and wellbeing, while expanding our awareness to rediscover our inherent serenity.
