Emily C. Piper is a certified 200-hour Kripalu Yoga teacher and a tribal belly dancer. She is passionate about movement as a form of personal expression. She believes that yoga and dance are physical, emotional and spiritual practices. Her approach to teaching is playful and encourages personal freedom to trust your body's wisdom.
